What if my riad doesn't have direct street access?
Many riads sit on narrow medina lanes that vehicles simply can't enter. In these cases, your driver will identify the nearest accessible point in advance and let you know exactly where to meet — usually no more than a five-minute walk. This is arranged ahead of time rather than figured out at 5am, so you'll know before you go to sleep the night before exactly where to be and when.
Staying outside central Marrakech?
Riads in the medina, hotels in Gueliz, Hivernage and the Palmeraie are all covered at no extra charge. If you're staying further out — the Ourika Valley or Essaouira, for example — let us know when booking; pickup is often still possible for a small supplement.
